How far in advance do you allow bookings?

For Photo Booths: We allow bookings greater then 12 months out. We love repeat clients and want to make sure your date is secured for you when you need it.

For Interactive Games: We allow bookings up to 12 months out.

For DJ music services: We allow bookings up to 12 months out.

Keep in mind that popular dates, such as weekends and holidays, may book up quickly, so it's advisable to make your reservation as early as possible to ensure availability.

We can allow photo booth bookings within a week from your event, however, we don't recommend it. We can't always guarantee we will have everything in stock that you need with short notice.

The sweet spot for booking a special event is at least 3-4 weeks in advance, especially if you want customized or special order items such as custom backdrops and booth wraps. We have provided booths with as little as 1 hour notice, to as much as 6 months notice (for custom built booths, custom backdrops, custom vinyl wraps, and custom branded start screens and layouts). With 6 months notice, we can provide almost anything you can imagine.

Advance bookings are highly recommended for Weddings and Corporate events.
